We represent clients in state and federal courts in New England and around the country. Our clients operate across a wide range of sectors, including real estate, hospitality, healthcare, insurance, telecommunications, and manufacturing. We have been retained to serve in fiduciary roles and to represent fiduciaries and trustees in bankruptcy cases and in proceedings involving the liquidation of insolvent insurance companies.
