Cassy is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Cassy’s experiences range from litigation against state and federal government agencies to representing businesses and individuals in landlord-tenant, employment, contract, tort, and property disputes. Cassy has a strong interest in matters involving state and federal constitutional rights, including in the area of free speech, defamation, and access to government records. She has handled matters on the plaintiff and defense side of civil litigation. Cassy has argued in front of the New Hampshire Supreme Court.

Prior to joining the firm, Cassy completed externships with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Hampshire and Judge Michael Shipp at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She completed her undergraduate studies at Saint Anselm College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. She obtained her juris doctorate from University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, where she was a member of the Daniel Webster Scholar Program. As a Daniel Webster Scholar, Cassy got practical and clinical experience in litigation, client counseling, alternative dispute resolution, and real estate matters.  She also served as a teaching assistant for Legal Writing and Pretrial Advocacy and served as Managing Editor of the U.N.H. Law Review.
