Lauren is an Associate and a member of the Energy and Utilities, Business and Finance, and Real Estate Practice Groups. Her practice focuses on assisting clients to develop, purchase, and finance renewable energy projects throughout the United States, with an emphasis on real estate and environmental due diligence. She also assists small businesses and individuals with a wide variety of corporate and real estate matters in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Prior to joining the firm, Lauren practiced corporate and real estate law with McLane Middleton, P.A. in Manchester, NH. She received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law with a concentration in Business and Commercial Law. During law school she completed co-op internships with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Environmental Protection Division, Klavens Law Group, P.C., and Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. She is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Lauren received her B.A. from Saint Michael’s College with a double major in Environmental Studies and Political Science and spent a semester abroad studying sustainable development and clean energy in Copenhagen, Denmark.
