Lauren C. Kilmister
Associate Attorney

Lauren is an Associate and a member of the Energy and Utilities Practice Group and the Business and Finance Practice Group. Her practice focuses on assisting clients in the development and financing of renewable energy projects, including solar, hydroelectric, wind, and landfill biogas. She also assists businesses in a wide variety of corporate and real estate matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Lauren practiced general corporate and real estate law with McLane Middleton, P.A. in Manchester, New Hampshire. She received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law with a concentration in Business and Commercial Law. During law school she completed co-op placements with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Environmental Protection Division, Klavens Law Group, P.C., and Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc.

Lauren received her B.A. from Saint Michael’s College with a double major in Environmental Studies and Political Science, and spent a semester abroad studying sustainable development and clean energy in Copenhagen, Denmark.
