  • Lead counsel in defense of medical malpractice claims against physicians, other medical professionals, hospitals, and practice groups.
  • Lead counsel in defense of medical professionals before state regulatory Boards and in credentialing disputes.
  • Lead counsel in professional and business disputes related to fiduciary duties, contracts, minority shareholder rights, and dissolution.
  • Prosecuted worker’s compensation insurance premium cases involving claims for breach of contract, fraud, and piercing the corporate veil.
  • Representing trusts, investment advisors, and beneficiaries in litigation over fiduciary duties and control of assets.
  • Obtained summary judgment on behalf of New Hampshire hospital, and successfully defended order on appeal.
  • Asserted minority shareholder rights in closely held business.
  • Represented companies in disputes over non-competition, non-disclosure, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Prosecuted personal injury claims on behalf of persons injured in motor vehicle crashes and other types of accidents.
  • Brought Federal Court action to protect New Hampshire non-profit’s confidential corporate and financial documents profit from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
  • Obtained summary judgment for Fortune 500 company in products liability case.
