Grayson’s practice includes business and commercial litigation, personal injury, professional malpractice, insurance law, and labor and employment. He has litigated numerous cases before state and federal courts in a broad range of civil matters including both bench and jury trials. He has also practiced before administrative bodies. Grayson’s experience includes representing large and small businesses, individuals, and insurance companies in lawsuits in New England and in his former home – the Carolinas.

In addition to his varied litigation practice, Grayson regularly assists clients in the development, purchase and sale, and financing of all types of renewable energy projects including solar, wind, and hydroelectric. This practice includes advising companies across the country in performing due diligence involved in the acquisition, sale, and financing of renewable energy projects. The energy group also represents project owners in obtaining necessary federal and state regulatory approvals.
