Lawsuit on Behalf of a High School Athlete

New Hampshire Union Leader reports on a cutting edge lawsuit filed by RYP’s sports law team in a case examining the legality of eligibility rules imposed by NHIAA.  RYP’s team includes Mike Lewis and Grayson Shephard.  The lawsuit alleges, among other things, that NHIAA’s rules never received public input under the NH Administrative Procedures Act and so cannot be enforced against a student whose high school experience was curtailed by COVID-19 shutdowns. Click here to read the New Hampshire Union Leader article.
