Attorneys Cassandra Moran and Christian Merheb have filed a civil rights lawsuit against the City of Franklin, the Franklin Police Department and City and Police Department Leadership following the unlawful termination of a dedicated patrol officer. The complaint, recently filed in the Merrimack County Superior Court, alleges a systemic pattern of retaliation triggered by Mr. Drouin’s protected speech regarding department misconduct. Through this litigation, Moran and Merheb seek to secure justice for Mr. Drouin and reinforce the necessity of transparency and integrity within local government.
