Alex is a business attorney that practices with the Business and Finance, Employment, and Health Care Practice Groups of the Firm.
Alex works with and advises clients on a wide range of corporate and business issues including formation, ownership transfers, amendments to organizational documentation (e.g., operating agreements, bylaws, shareholder agreements), business expansion, financing, contract drafting and review, commercial leasing, purchase or sale of a business, and dissolution.
Alex works with companies regarding employment matters including drafting or reviewing offer letters, employment agreements, or termination letters, drafting or reviewing employee handbooks, and other employment policies, as well as advising on compliance with New Hampshire and federal employment laws. Alex advises health care clients on transactional, regulatory, corporate, and employment issues.
Alex joined the Firm in 2014 and was advanced to a Senior Associate of the Firm in 2018. She graduated from the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program at the University of New Hampshire School of Law. Alex earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire Whittemore School of Business and Economics (now the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics) with concentrations in both International Business and Economics and Management.
