Adam is an experienced litigator in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts. He focuses on business litigation and medical defense matters in state and Federal courts and before administrative agencies and professional boards including the Boards of Medicine, Nursing, Psychologists, Mental Health, Chiropractic, Podiatry, and Dentistry. He also represents individuals in personal and business legal matters. Adam has litigated a diverse range of cases and appeals involving professional negligence, business torts, contractual and employment matters, investigations, and partnership and limited liability company disputes. In addition to serving on the Firm’s Management Committee, he co-chairs the Litigation Practice Group and is head of hiring at the Firm.
