William’s focuses his practice on a variety of federal and state tax matters, which includes helping clients with tax planning, tax compliance, business transactions, and tax audits. William has assisted with C Corporations, S Corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and individuals with tax planning, and structuring tax efficient transactions. He has negotiated tax settlements before the IRS, as well as state taxing authorities.

Prior to joining the firm, William worked practicing corporate and real estate taxation at two mid-sized law firms in New York, with a focus on tax efficient real estate transactions and private wealth planning structures. He also served as a legal fellow to Judge Christopher McFadden at the Georgia Court of Appeals.
