The New Hampshire Supreme Court Society hosted the 2017 King Lecture Series at the U.S. District Court of New Hampshire, on Tuesday, September 19, 2017. The 2017 King Lecture Series was presented by Judge Jeffrey Sutton of the 6th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, and Retired Justice David Souter of the U.S. Supreme Court. The discussion was focused on their views on the role of the state courts and the state constitutions within the framework of the federal constitution. Rath, Young and Pignatelli’s Sherry Young, President of the New Hampshire Supreme Court Society, and Michael Lewis, Vice-President of the New Hampshire Supreme Court Society were the head coordinators for this engaging event.
