The Rath, Young & Pignatelli Tax Practice Group is proud to present again at the COST’s North Atlantic Regional State Tax Seminar.  Bill Ardinger and Kathryn Michaelis will co-present “Key Issues and Current Developments in State Taxation of Pass Throughs” and Chris Sullivan will present “Discussion of State Tax Cases, Issues & Policy Matters to Watch” at COST’s North Atlantic Regional State Tax Seminar in Boston, Massachusetts on May 5, 2015.

COST is a nonprofit trade association consisting of over 600 multistate corporations engaged in interstate and international business. Its objective is to preserve and promote equitable and nondiscriminatory state and local taxation of multijurisdictional business entities. The North-Atlantic Regional State Tax Seminar presents an update on significant state tax issues for the North Atlantic States (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont).

The seminar is being held at Fresenius Medical Care North America Offices located on 920 Winter Street, Waltham, MA 02451 in the 1st floor Auditorium.
