Michael Kasten and Jay Tanguay, business attorneys at Rath, Young and Pignatelli, P.C., will present “Business Succession Planning for Small to Medium-Sized Businesses.” Every business should adequately plan for the smooth transition of the ownership of its business. Michael and Jay will identify the steps that should be taken to make such transitions a success.
