Gil Whittemore, a member of the Business and Finance and Health Care Practice Groups at Rath, Young and Pignatelli, presented for The Cape and Islands Historical Association. Gil conducted a workshop, “Legal Issues for Museums” on April 3, 2014 at the Chatham Community Center. The workshop focused on how the Massachusett’s new abandoned property statute (MGL CH. 200B) affects museums.
