Concord, NH- June 21, 2017: Rath, Young and Pignatelli, P.C., a leading full-service law firm based in Concord, New Hampshire with offices in Nashua and Boston, welcomes Associate Attorney Craig M. Shepard.
Craig will be assisting the Firm in its Business and Finance, Energy, and Real Estate Practice Groups. Prior to joining the Firm, Craig was staff attorney for Global Advanced Metals. During law school he worked in the law departments of multiple companies including Ocean Spray Cranberries and Telerik, Inc., a software development company. He was recently elected Vice Chair of the Corporations, Banking & Business Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association.
Craig received his J.D. and M.B.A. from Boston College. He earned his B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Siena College. Prior to law school he spent his time interning with a U.S. Senator, a U.S. Congressman, a city mayor’s office, and a state government relations firm.
