Susan L. O'Donnell
Director of Operations

Sue serves as the Director of Operations for the firm, overseeing human resources, benefits administration, operations, information and computer technology and communications and marketing.  Sue previously worked at the firm from 1991 to 1995 as an administrative assistant, and then went on to serve in a variety of senior management roles.

Prior to rejoining the firm, Sue worked in the hospitality industry for 19 years, most notably as the General Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing for the Centennial Hotel/Granite Restaurant & Bar,  the Regional Sales Manager for the Duprey Hospitality, and General Manager for The Hotel Concord, a boutique hotel on Main Street.  Sue was instrumental in the opening of The Hotel Concord, which earned the AAA 4 Diamond Designation in the first year of operation.  Sue is also an Adjunct Professor for the Hospitality and Tourism Management Program at the New Hampshire Technical Institute.

Sue earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and has an associate degree in Business Management and Human Resources Management from the New Hampshire Technical Institute.  Sue is on the CATCH Housing’s Community Relations Committee and a board member of the Friends of Concord Police Department’s K9 Program.  Sue is also a member of the ALA (Association of Legal Administrators) and the Granite State Chapter of the ALA.  Sue is a lifetime resident of Bow/Concord.
