Judith is Of Counsel to the firm, and a member of the Health Care Group and the Litigation Group. Judith works with health care providers and entities in a variety of forums and contexts in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She represents health care providers in defending medical malpractice claims in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. In the context of license defense and administrative law, she represents providers before the Massachusetts Boards of Registration in Medicine, Dentistry, and Chiropractic, the Division of Administrative Law Appeals, and the Department of Public Health, as well as before multiple New Hampshire licensing boards. Judith also assists health care clients faced with potential data breach issues, and provides a range of health care consultation and representation. She came to New Hampshire from a Boston law firm in 2008.
Prior to her work as an attorney Judith spent fifteen years in emergency medical services, including roles in direct patient care, teaching, system management, and quality control.

- Represented oral surgeon accused of negligence in performing wisdom tooth extraction causing jaw fracture in Superior Court jury trial, resulting in defense verdict.
- Represented oral surgeon accused of negligent placement of dental implants causing nerve injury in Superior Court jury trial, resulting in defense verdict.
- Represented neurosurgery practice in case alleging negligence and lack of informed consent causing spinal injury, resulting in defense verdict.
- Judith served most recently as President of Opera New Hampshire, which has brought live opera to Southern New Hampshire for over 50 years.
- Judith serves as a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Health Care Law Section Council. She also serves as President of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Health Law Section.
