Craig is an Associate Attorney and member of the firm’s Business and Finance, Energy, and Real Estate Practice Groups. Prior to joining Rath, Young and Pignatelli, P.C., Craig was a staff attorney for Global Advanced Metals, one of the world’s leading suppliers of technology metals.
During law school he interned in the law departments of multiple companies including Ocean Spray Cranberries and Telerik, Inc., a software development company. By advising certain high-growth technology companies through the Carroll School of Management and the Venture Capital and Startup Center, he gained additional exposure to finance, corporate governance, and data law issues. He has experience in intellectual property matters by working for a boutique copyright and trademark law firm. He served as Editor in Chief of Boston College Law School’s IP journal: the Intellectual Property and Technology Forum.
Craig was also a legal intern with the Enforcement Division of the Securities and the Exchange Commission, the Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board, and the New York Attorney General’s office. Prior to law school he spent his time interning with a U.S. Senator, a U.S. Congressman, a city mayor’s office, and a state government relations firm.
Craig received his J.D. and M.B.A. from Boston College. He earned his B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Siena College.
