Amanda K. Lyons-Archambault
Associate Attorney

Amanda is an Associate and a member of the federal and state tax practices.  Her federal practice will encompass a broad range of transactional matters including debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions and tax structuring, with a focus on renewable energy.  Her state tax practice will focus primarily on representation of multinational companies with state tax matters in New Hampshire, Vermont and Massachusetts, as well as representation of New England-based companies with multistate issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Amanda practiced mergers and acquisitions tax services at KPMG LLP in Boston, Massachusetts.  She received her J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law in Lexington, Virginia and received her Master of Law in Taxation at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in Chicago, Illinois.

Amanda received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy & Russian History at Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina.
