Sherilyn Young, Founder and Chairman, was honored with a 2019 Outstanding Women in Business Award from NH Business Review. The annual awards celebrate the successes and achievements of women who have had a lasting impact on New Hampshire’s business community as leaders and role models. Sherry was among six recipients honored at the 14th annual Outstanding Women in Business awards ceremony held on Wednesday, February 13th, at the Manchester Country Club in Bedford.
“You could not find a more deserving, accomplished and more decent woman to recognize” says Tom Rath, founder of the Firm. “Sherry is a mentor and role model for our clients and professionals of all ages. Where we are as a firm today is due in large part to Sherry leading us there.”
Sherry, a champion of female professionals, has been recognized as one of “NH’s 10 Most Powerful Women, honored with the Marilla Ricker Award by the NH Bar Association and she is a recipient of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce Athena Award. She focuses her practice on environmental law, including environmental compliance, permits and approvals, and real estate transactions involving contaminated properties.
