Mike Lewis Publishes Article in New Hampshire Bar News: End of Governmental Exceptionalism

Michael Lewis, Shareholder and member of the firm’s Litigation, Tax and Financial Institutions Practice Groups and Craig McMahon, legal intern and Daniel Webster Scholar at UNH Law, publish article in the New Hampshire Bar News – “Opinion: The End of Government Exceptionalism” (January 16, 2019).  The article focuses on the amendments to Part I, Article 8, of the New Hampshire Constitution and the context in which it was passed, and the revolutionary effect it has on New Hampshire law.
