Concord, NH – June 7, 2018: Rath, Young and Pignatelli, P.C., a leading full-service law firm based in Concord, New Hampshire with offices in Nashua, Boston, Massachusetts, and Montpelier, Vermont, announced today that Kevin P. Scura has joined the firm as a Senior Associate.

Kevin will be assisting in the Business and Finance, Environmental and Litigation Practice Groups of the Firm. Kevin received his B.A. from Wesleyan University in Government and Mathematics and obtained his J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center.

Prior joining the Firm, Kevin worked for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in the Boston and New York offices, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets, where he provided legal advice to large companies on a wide range of transactions total more than $100 billion. Kevin has also served as a legal intern for Judge Jeffrey Howard on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and for the Criminal Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
