Chris Sullivan, Shareholder and member of Rath, Young and Pignatelli’s Tax Practice Group, will speak at the 41st IPT Annual Conference, held in Charlotte, NC on July 9-12th. Chris and Tov Haueisen, a Principal at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, will present “Nuts & Bolts: Getting Back to Basics.” This session will cover the state income tax rules of the road. The speakers will focus on the mechanics of apportionment, nexus, unitary groups, and business and non-business income classification as well as notable state income tax cases.
