Linda Allen is the purchasing clerk. Linda started with the Firm in 2007. Away from the office, Linda enjoys hiking and kayaking. She has been a long time volunteer with Black Ice Pond Hockey Tournament .

Heather E. Carter, Administrative Assistant
Heather Carter started with the firm in 2022 and is supporting the attorneys whose practice focus is tax, financial, banking, and insurance matters. With many years of administrative support experience, she has strong organizational skills and a talent for client relations. Heather is a lifelong student and has a Master of Arts from the University of New Hampshire. She enjoys literature and spending time with her adult daughter.

Michelle W. Chase, Assistant to Michael Pignatelli
Michelle Chase joined Rath, Young and Pignatelli in 2011 as a part-time assistant to Michael Pignatelli. At that time, she was the co-owner of Amherst Yoga. Michelle graduated from St. Anselm College and worked for seventeen years at Allstate Insurance where she held positions as a claims adjuster, subrogation coordinator, and unit claim manager. Michelle turned her passion for fitness into a career and worked as a spinning and yoga instructor at Hampshire Hills for twenty years. After raising two children who are now grown, she enjoys spending time in Maine, teaching yoga, and helping her husband Sam renovate their house in Hopkinton.

Wendy G. Ireland, Receptionist
For the past twenty years, Wendy has been utilizing her proficient organizational and communication skills to enhance daily operations at the Firm. She is skilled in customer service and relations, and as the receptionist for the firm takes great pride in maintaining and ensuring a presentable and efficient workspace for clients and colleagues. Away from the office, Wendy enjoys kayaking and spending time with her family at their camp on Tom’s Pond in Warner.

Janene is an accounting clerk and provides support to the Business office with primary responsibilities in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Billing. Janene brings many years of experience to the accounting department. In her free time she enjoys reading, the beach and time spent with her family.

Faith McEvoy is a Litigation Assistant with primary responsibilities for the Litigation Group. Faith started with the Firm in 2019 and is always excited to learn as much as possible, and eager for everything. Away from the office, she is busy skiing, running, or out on the lake. Faith is a recent graduate from UNH.

Rachel A. Vaughan, Litigation Practice Group Administrator – Healthcare Practice Group Administrator
Rachel is a Litigation Assistant supporting the Litigation and Healthcare Practice Groups. Rachel graduated from The University of Alabama and briefly lived in Georgia before returning to her home state of New Hampshire. Rachel started at the Firm in November of 2020 after working for two years at a small law firm in Concord. Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family on the lake and exploring outdoors.

Susan M. Walker, Environmental Practice Group Administrator – Government Relations Practice Group Administrator
Susan Walker is an Administrative Assistant and Practice Group Administrator for both the Environmental Practice Group and the Government Relations Practice Group. Susan has worked with Attorney Sherry Young, the firm’s Founder and past President, for 30 years. She has taken over as Administrator for the Government Relations Group 6 years ago as well. Susan received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts at Boston and has been working at the Firm for 30 years. Originally from Revere, Massachusetts, she now lives in the Lakes Region with her husband and family. While still working full-time, Susan enjoys a less hectic life now, with her four grown children, 7 grandchildren and 2 dogs. She enjoys traveling, boating on Lake Winnisquam, grandchildren’s dance recitals, baseball, soccer and football games, and selling Girl Scout Cookies.
