5th Successful Year of the New England State and Local Tax Forum

On November 16, 2016, the RYP SALT practice supported another successful conference for the New England State and Local Tax Forum in Newton, Massachusetts.  The Forum was founded in 2012 by Stan Arnold, retired Senior Tax Advisor to RYP and former President of the Forum.  Chris Sullivan and Kathryn Michaelis currently serve on the Forum’s Board of Trustees, and Bill Ardinger served on the 2016 speaker panel.  The 2016 conference was the fifth successful year for the Forum, which reflected record attendance from all six New England states, including tax professionals from industry, private practice and revenue agencies.  The Forum is a non-profit organization dedicated to excellence in state and local tax education and tax policy.  For the 2016 event, please visit the Forum’s website at
