Glenn is an advisor with the Government Relations Practice Group.  A former journalist and state official, he has a wide range of experience in New Hampshire state government and the private sector.   

Prior to moving to New Hampshire, Glenn worked as an education and training instructor for the Department of the Navy.  He taught at naval facilities in San Diego, California, and made deployments on combat vessels to the western Pacific and Indian oceans as part of the U.S. Navy’s Afloat Education Program.  Glenn had a ten-year career in journalism that included feature writing for the San Diego Reader and working as a staff reporter for The New Hampshire Union Leader.  He also spent time as a freelance writer and published a number of non-fiction articles and short fiction works. 

Glenn left journalism and served as an advisor to the successful gubernatorial campaign of former New Hampshire Attorney General Stephen E. Merrill. After the election, Glenn served Governor Merrill as staff legislative aide for transportation and environmental issues. During that time he testified before the legislature, handled interactions with legislators on pending bills, and acted as a liaison to state agencies. Glenn later moved on to the New Hampshire Department of Safety as a program administrator, where he worked closely with legislators on new legislation and rules for motor vehicle inspection and safety programs.  As Special Projects Administrator for the Division of Motor Vehicles, he designed and implemented the “Circle of Life” organ and tissue donation awareness program.
