Fred is a member of the firm's Tax, Energy and Environmental Practice Groups.  He assists clients on a wide range of matters before the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration, including proper reasonable compensation in closely-held entities and other business profits tax issues.  Fred's practice also includes assisting renewable energy concerns with the qualification and application for federal tax credits, deductions, grants and other incentives, as well as assisting lenders in renewable energy financings.

While attending classes in  law school, Fred worked part-time at the New York Attorney General's Office.  As part of the Civil Recoveries Bureau, under two different Attorney General administrations, he worked with a team of attorneys that protected the State of New York's financial interests on a wide variety of legal issues.
