Fred is a member of the firm’s Tax, Energy and Environmental Practice Groups.  He assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, financings and other business transactions, as well as federal and state tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration.  Fred’s practice also includes assisting renewable energy concerns with the qualification for federal tax credits, deductions, grants and other incentives.

Fred has been a New Hampshire board member for the American Red Cross since 2009.  He was previously a member of the board of directors of the Granite Chapter, and was part of the executive team that reorganized the local chapters into the centralized New Hampshire Region in 2011.  Fred is currently an officer, executive committee member and member of the board of directors of the New Hampshire Region.

While attending classes in law school, Fred worked part-time at the New York Attorney General’s Office, as part of the Civil Recoveries Bureau, which worked to protect the State of New York’s financial interests.
