Jay is a member of the firm's Business and Finance, Energy and Environmental Practice Groups.  Since joining the firm in 2007, he has focused his practice on business and corporate matters and has assisted clients with entity formations, corporate restructurings and business acquisitions.  A significant portion of Jay's practice is devoted to helping with transactions that involve renewable energy projects.

During law school, Jay clerked with the Honorable James E. Duggan at the New Hampshire Supreme Court.  He also served as a Senior Articles Editor for the Pierce Law Review.  Prior to law school, Jay worked as an educator for the New Hampshire public school system.
