Jay is a member of the firm's Business and Finance Group, Environmental Group and Litigation Group.  Since joining the firm in 2007, he has successfully assisted clients with entity formations, corporate restructurings and various business transactions.  In addition, Jay has helped clients resolve environmental matters related to real estate acquisitions.

During law school, Jay clerked with the Honorable James E. Duggan at the New Hampshire Supreme Court.  He also served as a Senior Articles Editor for the Pierce Law Review.  Prior to law school, Jay worked as an educator for the New Hampshire public school system.
