Representative Matters
  • Provided critical assistance to the New Hampshire Department of Education in order to secure state funding for construction of Concord High School’s Regional Technology Center.
  • Led successful campaign to defeat the passage of California lower emission vehicle standards, which would eliminate local control and create an undue burden on state government and motorists. New Hampshire remains the only state in New England that has not adopted Cal-LEV legislation
  • Led campaign to provide franchise protection rights for Off Highway Recreational Dealers in the state. Currently only four states have similar statutory provisions.
  • Served as the primary liaison for the retail automotive industry, in the state’s effort to adopt and implement of On-Board-Diagnostics (OBD II) inspection requirements. This important legislation had a significant impact on the state’s 1.2 million registered automobiles.
