Sienkiewicz joined the firm in December 2005.  He concentrates his practice in commercial real estate and land use, representing businesses and individuals before zoning, planning and historic boards and in connection with the development, financing, purchasing, selling and leasing of land, industrial, office and apartment buildings and condominiums. Before coming to Rath and Young, Donald was an associate in the Boston office of Goodwin Procter LLP, where he represented institutional and private owners and developers of commercial real estate.  After law school he served as law clerk to the Honorable Peter W. Before attending law school, Donald was a high school biology teacher, ski instructor, and counselor in wilderness programs for at-risk and court-ordered teens.
