Judi is an adviser to the firm and has had a distinguished career in positioning a wide range of businesses, organizations and institutions for success.  Her professional experience has been centered on creating long-term, critical relationships that result in an environment in which her clients' messages can be effectively communicated to the right audience.  With her insightful and detailed approach, Judi determines the critical decision makers and guides her clients in crafting compelling and effective strategies to achieve both short and long-term goals.

In her leadership role in The Rath Group, Judi has concentrated on enabling her clients to deal directly with those within the governmental and business communities who have the ability to make her clients' plans reality.  She has the proven ability to understand her client's needs, to assess them and then design unique approaches to achieve success.

Judi holds a B.A. degree in Communications from the University of New Hampshire and has over twenty-four years of experience in the New England business community.  An accomplished presenter of ideas and concepts of varied audiences with high credibility, she has participated in presentations for a variety of organizations, including the National Society for College and University Planners, Associated Builders and Contractors, and the American Institute of Architects.  Judi is past President and Director of PlanNH, immediate past Chair of Junior Achievement of New Hampshire and is a member of the Board of Governors for New Hampshire Public Television.
