Lindsey Dalton is a medical malpractice nurse-paralegal who is a valuable resource person for our attorneys concerning medical case issues.  She organizes and compiles medical records, reviews and interprets medical records, drafts medical case analyses, assists in determining expert witnesses needed, and drafts summaries of expert witness opinions based on interviews, as well as researches medical case issues using both text and computer database searches.

Prior to joining Rath, Young and Pignatelli in 1989, Lindsey served as a staff nurse 1972-75 at Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital in Hanover; as a supervisor at Hanover Hill Nursing Home 1976-76 in Manchester; as a float nurse at Elliot Hospital 1976-77 in Manchester; and was head nurse at the J.D. French Wing of Elliot Hospital 1977-79.

Lindsey is actively involved in paralegal education programs as a presenter and co-presenter.  She wrote a bimonthly column entitled "Medical Matters" for the ANH newsletter, The Annotator  for several years.
