Chris Sullivan and Kathryn Michaelis, members of the Tax Practice Group at Rath, Young and Pignatelli, P.C., present "Basics of Audits Workshop" and "State Income Tax Update" at Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) Tax Professionals Roundtable in Baltimore, MD on June 1-3, 2009.  The sessions covered strategies and lay issues in state income tax audits and highlighted important state income tax developments across the country.  ELFA is the trade association representing financial services companies and manufacturers in the $650 billion U.S. equipment finance sector.
