Lucy C. Hodder, a shareholder and Chair of the Healthcare Law Practice Group at Rath, Young and Pignatelli, P.C., presented Violence in the Workplace, "Be Safe, Not Sorry!" at a meeting of the New Hampshire Medical Group Management Association (“NHMGMA”) on March 11, 2009. The presentation included a discussion of how patient and workplace stress can impact physician practices; developing policies and procedures to prevent and respond to threatening incidents; legal issues and guidelines for safe practices.
