Ann McLane Kuster Presents on "How to Identify and Engage Great Board Members"

Ann McLane Kuster, a shareholder and Director of the Education and Nonprofit Law Practice Group at Rath, Young and Pignatelli, P.C., will present at a workshop sponsored by the NH Center for Nonprofits entitled "How to Identify and Engage Great Board Members." The focus of the workshop will be to discuss the role of a board in selecting new members, best practices in determining board composition, how to approach prespective board members, retention and rotation strategies, creating an invigorating board culture, and moving your board into the right roles. This event is offered at no charge thanks to the support of the Pardoe Family Foundation.

The workshop will be held on January 9, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Laconia Public Library, Laconia, New Hampshire.
