Lucy C. Hodder was a moderator for the recent NH Bar CLE Program entitled Stark Law Straight From the Top which was held on May 1, 2008 at the NH Bar Center. This program analyzed in depth the recent Stark, Phase III regulations and Medicare billing rules. Guest speakers included Attorney Lisa Ohrin from CMS and Attorney Julie Kass from Ober/Kaler.
