Donald's presentation will focus on what you need to know if you are involved in land development as an owner, tenant, developer, engineer, or lender, and what the federal and state rules are for designing and constructing buildings, landscaped and vehicle traffic areas to minimize erosion, flooding and water quality problems caused by rain and snowmelt runoff.
