Paul Burkett Presents on Political Activity by Non-Profits and NH Lobbying and Gift Rules for Charitable and Non-Profit Organizations

Paul Burkett, a shareholder in Rath, Young and Pignatelli's Tax Practice Group, presented practical and legal advice on "Political Activity by Non-Profits" for the New Hampshire Center for Nonprofits on November 27, 2007.  In his presentation, Paul identified and clarified potential compliance issues for Non-Profits in the political arena.  Additionally, at the same seminar he presented "NH Lobbying and Gift Rules" to help Non-Profits interpret the New Hampshire laws  on "Lobbying" and "Gift Giving" for their organizations.
