Sherry Young Elected as President of Rath, Young and Pignatelli

Concord, New Hampshire

Rath, Young and Pignatelli announces that Sherry Young has been elected to serve as President of the firm, effective January 1, 2006. Ms. Young, along with Thomas Rath and Michael Pignatelli, founded the Concord-based law firm in 1987.

The firm also announced that Mr. Rath has been elected to serve as Chairman of the Firm and its Executive Committee, after having served as the managing director of the Firm since its opening.

The firm's Executive Committee will also include Bill Ardinger as Treasurer and Mike Pignatelli as Secretary.
