Renewable Energy Update - July 2009July 29, 2009The Energy Practice Group prepares a Renewable Energy Update that discusses some of the practical planning issues and concerns raised by the ITC grant guidance issued by the Treasury Department earlier this month. There are a number of excellent summaries of the guidance that examine the nuts and bolts of the application process. Rather than repeat much of what is said in these summaries, we have focused instead on what we see as some of the significant planning and open issues raised by the guidance.
