Bill Ardinger Talks State Budget and Tax Issues on "New Hampshire's Business" with Fred Kocher

On June 21, 2009, Bill Ardinger appeared on WMUR's "New Hampshire's Business" with Fred Kocher to discuss the New Hampshire Legislature's recent conference agreement on the state budget. Ardinger noted some "good news for business" including that the proposed budget does not include a capital gains tax or an estate tax. However, Ardinger also raised questions about a last minute proposal that would impose the interest and dividends tax on distributions from partnerships and limited liability companies.
