The New Hampshire Public Defender is a private, non-profit corporation providing criminal legal defense services to indigent clients in need of counsel. Lucy Hodder, a shareholder of the Firm and Chair of the Health Care and Employment Law Practice Groups, provides regulatory, corporate compliance and litigation services to clients on a variety of issues. She has served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Bureau of the New Hampshire Department of Justice and was previously an associate in the Labor and Employment Group at the San Francisco law firm of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison. She was a law clerk for the Honorable Martin L. C. Feldman of the United States District Court in New Orleans.
