Rath, Young and Pignatelli Announces Opening of Boston Office

Rath, Young and Pignatelli has expanded its services with the opening of an office in Boston, Massachusetts. Rath, Young and Pignatelli is one of New Hampshire’s leading law firms, with 30 professionals located at offices in Concord and Nashua. The firm, founded in 1987 by former Attorney General Thomas D. Rath, is well known for its representation of clients on complex energy, tax, environmental and litigation matters and on matters involving legislative and public policy issues.

The Boston office is headed by Oliver W. Stalter, formely of the Boston, Massachusetts law firm of Stalter & Kennedy, P.C. Mr. Stalter concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, corporate trust, public finance, corporate finance, venture capital, and commercial real estate. Prior to starting his own law office in 1990, he was a partner at a large Boston-based law firm. Mr. Stalter’s colleagues in Boston – Joseph C. Kennedy (tax law), Gilbert F. Whittemore (scientific misconduct) and Jennifer Lawson (business and finance) – have also joined Rath & Young.
