Ann McLane Kuster is Heard on New Hampshire Public Radio

Attorney Kuster comments on court reform on NHPR's Exchange program

Attorney Ann McLane Kuster, a member of the New Hampshire Commission Citizens Commission on the State Courts, appeared as a guest on New Hampshire Public Radio's "Exchange" to discuss the conclusions of the Commission.  She focused her remarks on the Commission's recommendations to improve New Hampshire's court system, including increased emphasis on alternative dispute resolution and problem-solving courts designed to address the underlying issues in many civil and criminal cases, such as substance abuse, mental health concerns and domestic violence.
