Tom Rath on NPR's Talk of the Nation

August 25, 2010

Tom Rath was recently a featured panelist on National Public Radio's Talk of the Nation, in a segment entitled: "Is There A Sarah Palin Effect?" Rath, well versed in New Hampshire and Republican politics, offered his unique point of view about the Tea Party, Sarah Palin, and other Republican candidates, especially their potential impact on the upcoming primary election in the state. He also discussed Palin's potential presidential run for the 2012 election.

On the New Hampshire primary and Palin's potential run in 2012, Rath explained, "And not to sound - overstate our own role, but it is a place that people tend to come when they want to run. So I think that [Palin] says that's a decision that she's going to make down the road; hasn't made it yet. And that's fine. I'm certain, at some point, she'll be up here."
