Rath, Young and Pignatelli, P.C. is looking for an attorney with a minimum of 5 years of corporate transactional experience and with strong business generation skills.  In particular, the position focuses on providing sophisticated business transactional expertise to assist the firm's Energy, Environmental, Healthcare, Litigation and Tax Practices.
